Cancellation, in Brief
Plans can change, and the policy is straightforward. A 40 percent refund applies to cancellations before 15th June 2026, and 25 percent after that date. GST is deducted before the refund is calculated, all refunds are settled after the conference concludes, and cancellation must be intimated to the organisers by email before 27th July 2026. Requests made without prior intimation will not be refunded.
